Have you ever given someone your Vemma website address and they end up leaving off your user name? Consequently they go to myvemma.com enroll as a member and not end up in your downline.

NOT FUN, BUMMER, THIS STINKS, BUT NOT THE END OF THE WORLD!

Well this has happen to us on more than one occasion.

There is a solution from preventing this from every happening to you.

STEP 1: Register new domain name
What you can do is create your own domain name and have that domain forwarded to your
Vemma domain name.

For example:
Register your domain name like www.YourDomainName.com which is forwarded to http://MyVemma.com/shop4dreams . It is real easy to do. Just click on the Go Daddy link and register a domain name or you can use GDI and build a network business with your domain account too.

STEP 2: Forward domain name
Once you register your domain name go into your Go Daddy account and set up a forwarding rule to your myvemma.com domain name.

STEP 3: Use new domain name
Get
Vemma cards printed with your new domain name and always give out your own domain name that is forwarded to your myvemma.com domain name.

NOTE: Vemma does not allow anyone to use Vemma in a personal domain name other than the myvemma.com domain name. So when you register your domain name DO NOT register a name that has Vemma in it. If you do Vemma will make you change it.

The Plain And Simple Truth About Objections

"If you don't learn to eliminate or overcome objections, you will never make any real money in network marketing."
-- Hilton Johnson

What is the first thought that pops into your head when you hear any of the following:

"Is this network marketing?"

"Do I have to do any selling?"

"Is it going to cost me anything?"

"How much money have YOU made so far?"

Do you cringe when prospects say these kinds of things to you? Do you wish you had something magical you could say that would overcome these objections?

If so, guess what: YOU'RE the problem, not your prospects.

You see, you're not hearing objections at all. You're hearing questions.
A question is not always an objection. Sometimes we unnecessarily perceive questions as resistance and many times that's simply not true. We need to know the difference between a question and an objection.

Now, are some questions objections? Sure.

How about these for example:

"Is this one of those pyramid scams?"

"If this is so great, why ain't you rich?"

"Why don't you go out and get a real job?"

"Would you like to leave on your own power or shall I throw you out?"

Yes, when you hear these kinds of questions, you're getting objections and a good way to deal with them is to gracefully disqualify those prospects and move on.

But, when a prospect asks a logical question, why not simply respond to the question and not assume that you're getting an objection.

If a prospect asks if it's network marketing, answer with a yes and ask how he or she feels about network marketing.

If they ask if they have to do some selling, tell them they can if they want to.

If they ask you how much money you're making, tell them it's none of their business.

You will be amazed at how powerful you can be when responding to questions and/or objections head on without avoidance, assumptions, and pretensions.

Look at it this way; all questions are good. They either show interest or they are objections that create opportunities. Yes, opportunities.

You'll get to have some fun.

For example, when you get real objections, you can:

Disqualify your prospect. (Disqualifying is fun and you save your valuable time.)

Practice your scripts and dialogues without risk. (Hey, these prospects are no good; you have nothing to lose.)

Test your sales skills by trying to overcome the objection.

Use objections as opportunities to close (Another article).

Improve your sense of humor.
(Your horror stories will be funny later when you tell them to your downline.)

But, the best strategy of all for dealing with objections is to not let them happen at all. That's right, you can avoid objections altogether by learning to present your program with a structured, question-based presentation that is designed to eliminate objections before they come up.

To sample a presentation that can eliminate 100% of the objections you've been getting, you may want to attend a Magnetic Sponsoring on the "Selling By Attraction" training program.

Now, let me ask you something: Do you know the difference between a question and an objection and do you know how to respond to both?

If you do, go ahead and leave a comment at the bottom of this blog by clicking on Comment.
We will compare answers in a future issue of VemmaHealthAndWealth.

The top international leaders of Vemma are considering holding their annual Ambassador Event meeting for leaders in Cancun this November of 2008. In 2007 it was held in Cabo San Lucas.

Awards were also given to Gold Leaders in Cancun and Playa Del Carmen and included, Leopoldo Betencourt, James Davis, Frank Tocco, Luke Bugeau, Luis Riveroll and Jerimiah Molfese.

This is the response from the Vemma President: They are going to support us with what we need.

Hi Jerimiah.

I've spoken to Tom Alkazin about your group in Cancun and he's agreed to come down for a meeting there and I'm asking him to respond to this email to put you in touch with someone in Boulder, Colorado that you can touch base with also.

We'll be happy to support you with some product donations for the projects you described in your email. I'm leaving it to Jorge to let me know if he can supply you from his inventory or if i should send separately. Please coordinate with him and let me know what you need.

I'm copying Laurie on this email also so she can touch base with you prior to our Ambassador Event in Mexico to make whatever arrangements are necessary.

Please give my best to your group and let them know we're here to help them in whatever way we can.

I see many great things happening with your team in Mexico. I'm sure that Tom Alkazin will be in contact with Jorge and then they'll let you know when Tom plans to visit Cancun.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.

Best regards,
Sheena

How to Develop Momentum

Written by Todd Falcone

Take a look at your business today and create a FRESH start to your business.

NOW is the time to take the appropriate action to finally free yourself and get what you want out of your Network Marketing business.

Procrastination kills…do it now. Get with it…get busy, get going. Don’t wait, hesitate, and don’t stop. Begin now. Action equals results. Results equal money. Money equals freedom, fun and no stress. More money equals more fun. Anyone who tells you different is either lying or broke.

I’m not saying money buys happiness, but I’ve heard the only one’s who say money doesn’t buy happiness tend to be B.R.O.K.E. If you want money and production out of your business in 2002, than follow these guidelines:

1. 90 Day plan of action.
Start now with a brand new plan….90 days of flat out, balls to the wall ACTION. Put away the television, the golf clubs and the Budweiser. Get up earlier, stay up later, and talk to more people every single day.

2. Set BIG Goals.
Write down big goals that you want to accomplish and put specific dates to them. If you have procrastinated in the past, written down goals and forgotten about them…don’t. This time, do it. Stick to your responsibilities. Don’t flake on yourself.

3. Use every product and/or service your company markets.
Become the epitome of “a product of the product”. If you market nutrition and you’re using Flinstone’s vitamins because they’re cheaper, throw Barney away and use YOUR product.

4. Become an expert of your marketing materials and use the best.
Thoroughly review, but don’t spend a lifetime doing it, all of your company’s marketing materials and only use the best of the best.

5. Attend EVERY company regional or national event possible.
Don’t flake or make excuses, go, book the airfare and hotel now. Make the commitment.

6. Listen to and participate in ALL of your company’s calls, and BRING PROSPECTS to them.
Make the commitment not to attend UNLESS you are bringing someone. And, since you are now making the commitment to attend every call, you’ll just have to figure out how to get someone there. Commit to it. Don’t fail yourself.

7. Prospect new people every day.
When you are out, make the commitment to meet someone and present the opportunity. Take advantage of the 60-yard rule. Forget the 3-foot rule, some of you are walking too far away from people so you don’t have to talk to new people.

That’s why I invented the 60-yard rule…anyone within a 60-yard radius is a candidate. Put your prospecting jersey on and makethe 60-yard dash to talk to strangers whenever you can. So what if they say no…at least you tried.

Don’t let your grave stone say….”
Here lies Henry…thought about doing it but never did.”
Wouldn’t you rather it say,
“Here lies Henry, did everything he possibly could, and then some his entire life to impact as many people as he possibly could with a positive message about what it’s like to have financial freedom and abundance in their lives.

8. Communicate with your upline and downline regularly.
Don’t be a disappearing donut. Call your upline, work with yourdownline. Be visible. Communicate and play team. Your upline or downline should never be saying or even thinking…”Hmmm…I wonder what Sally is up to these days.” They should know because you are building STRONG relationships. And, strong relationships revolve around constant communication.

9. Be a top performer in your team or company.
Make it a point to be known as a top recruiter, top customer gatherer, or top dog with whatever it is you are doing. Your team will duplicate what you are doing and attempt to do whatever they can to keep up. Would you rather have them keeping up with a slug or a jaguar?

10. Sign up new people PERSONALLY every month.
Forget management, there’s no money in it. Get into production mode, not overseeing mode. Be the leader…set the example. Sponsor more people than anyone else around you. Talk to more people everyday than you thought was possible last week, last month or last year. Stretch yourself beyond all limitations.

11. Develop leaders every 1 to 2 months.
Get your new people who are building the business to STEP UP. Force them into a leadership role. Get them to host conference calls and to participate in a leadership role somehow, some way, within your organization. Put the pressure on them to take on RESPONSIBILITY now.

12. Be persistent and consistent.
Forget about obstacles or distractions and don’t make excuses. Get over it around it, or under it. Blow it up if you have to. Obstacles are easy to overcome if you WANT to overcome them and are COMMITTED to it. Don’t let anything get in your way.

You have a goal in mind and are committed to seeing it through. Don’t let some ridiculous distraction stop you from getting what you want. And…whatever you do, don’t blame anyone, anything, or any circumstance for your failure or success. It’s not the problem with the comp plan, your sponsor, your product or marketing system. It is up to you. Step up and take responsibility.

The good news is that when you do succeed, you have only one person to blame, and that’s you. And…I’m sure you wouldn’t mind blaming yourself for that $20,000 monthly check!

13. Treat it like a business, not a hobby. Get hot or get out.
Don’t be luke-warm. Don’t be an absentee manager. Show up for work every day and work like you are leaving for a 6-week European vacation tomorrow. It’s amazing what we can all get accomplished when we KNOW we are leaving tomorrow for vacation. Get busy doing Revenue Producing Activities.

If you owned a business that cost you a million to get it, you would make sure that you did everything possible to make a profit for fear of losing your million dollars invested. Treat this business like it cost you a fortune and it will make you a fortune. Treat it like a hobby and it will cost you a fortune.

14. Work with those who deserve it.
Now that you are DEADLY SERIOUS about your enterprise, you can only afford to work with serious, committed people. Forget about the whiners, moaners and complainers. We ALL have them on our team, it comes with the territory. Work only with serious committed individuals who have the same goals in mind you do…massive success.

Here’s a good way of determining who the RIGHT ONES are: Are they calling you for 3-ways? Are they making calls? Are they eager to learn the business? Are they participating in all training and recruiting calls? Or…did they disappear after you sponsored them? Do they procrastinate and say “I haven’t gotten around to reading it yet?”

15. Understand what you are marketing.
Know the importance and significance of whatever product or service it is you are marketing.

16. Celebrate Success.
When new people sign up a new customer or distributor, or reach a higher status level, call them! Congratulate them and let them know you are proud of them for doing such an awesome job. Give recognition to all of your people for the things they accomplish. NEVER EVER ignore the successes of others on your team. Recognize it and celebrate it together.

17. When you reach a newlevel, don’t lay back.
Once you’ve achieved a new level of success in your company, it is time to solidify it, not lay back and have a Budweiser and wipe your brow. Take it to the next level. Celebrate your personally achievement and keep moving forward.

18. Believe in your business and in our industry.
Make sure that you live every day knowing in your heart, mind and soul that you ARE in the right opportunity and in the right industry. Don’t ever doubt it, don’t ever waiver or wonder if you did the right thing. The only time you DON’T do the right thing is when you either don’t get to work or you quit before your time is due.

Network Marketing is a 50+year old industry with thousands of people who have become multi-millionaires working from home. You are part of an incredible industry with unlimited opportunity. There are people right now in YOUR company that are seeing huge successes and huge incomes. You ARE in the right business and you ARE in the right industry. Now all you need to do is GET to WORK. Remember…it is called NetWORK Marketing!

For The Next Generation

The Centers for Disease Control, through its National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, found that the number of overweight children ages 6 to 11 increased from 4 to 13 percent between 1965 and 1999.

Similarly, the number of overweight adolescents ages 12 to 19 increased from 5 to 14 percent. As the statistics rise, health experts worry that a healthy diet is becoming increasingly rare for many children and youths.

Like the baby boomer generation, supplementation is an effective option for children and adolescents, but convincing these age groups to chew a nasty tasting multivitamin or swallow a handful of pills can be tricky.

BK believes that Verve is one of the most effective tools to fill the teenage nutritional gap. "The Vemma formula can reach millions of energy drink consumers who never thought about supplementing before the introduction of Verve," he says. "Judging from the numbers of postive phone calls I'm getting and the great buzz energy drinksare receiving,Verve could be one of the biggest products we've ever seen."

In developing the product, BK considered what effect the popularity of sugary soft drinks and energy drinks may have on the health of the youngest members of the American population.

"Teenage obesity and diabetes have soared over the last five years, and during that same period energy drink sales have absolutely exploded into a more than $5 billion domestic market," BK says. "So I decided that we needed to have a healthy alternative for these kids--something that their parents would be happyto see them drinking and something the kids will embrace as a cool, hip product."

Effective Advertising
Taking an already popular product category--energy drinks--and adding a healthy twist is an intriguing way to incorporate vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants into the diet of a generation that already has a strong affection for energy drinks. Getting that product into the hands of those teenagers, however, is a different challenge entirely.

Today's teenagers are contantly bombarded by information overload. BusinessWeek reports that 15- to 18- olds spend an average of nearly seven hours a day using media entertainment, such as watching television, playing video games and surfing the Internet, exposing them to innumerable advertisements. "Kids filter through what they respond to by how it's delivered," BK says.

A Packaged Fact consumer report points to unique forms of marketing as the key to reaching these audiences. "Attractive and evocative packaging, guerrilla tactics and other alternative marketing practices will be important tools for marketing the nature of energy drinnk brands," according to the report.

"That's exciting news because this tells me we're right on target," BK says. "We have phenominal-looking packaging and unique, hybrid forms for marketing our products. Together, these two elements make it as easy as possible for Vemma members to share Verve with every generation."

The "MySpace Generation," as the pre-teen and teenaged population has been dubbed because of their reliance on Internet socializing, is proof that word-of-mouth advertising is still effective, "This age group is connected through virtual social networks, such as Facebook, MySpace and the like," BK says. "The term networking has never been more powerful than it is in this up-and-coming age group. They are connected like never before on a global basis.

For Vemma and its energy drink, Verve, this means more then just selling a product, but also providing a growing business opportunity for teenagers who previously would've been deemed unlikely business owners. Teens 14 to 17 are allowed to start their own Vemma businesses with notarized parental authorization. This new age bracket opens a door for Vemma and new avenues for teens often limited to minimum-wage jobs and struggling to balance school and work. "A kid talking to his buddies about an energy drink that's good for them and can make them money gets through far more effectively than any television, radio or print ad would; not even a sponsorship with Extreme Games," BK says.

Sharing The Mission Of Health
BK is driven to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Together with the Vemma team, he has created an energy drink that can positively affect the health of consumers--through Verve's healthful ingredients--while providing opportunity for financial gain to members through the revolutionary sales system of the Verve product. They call it "hybrid marketing," a unique blend of retail marketing and network marketing.

"One of the advantages to being a member of our company is that we have a singular formula focus," BK says. "We have more than one product, but we have a single formula. Because of this, there's not a lot of training required. The focus, once you've learned the fundamentals, is how the member chooses to distribute the product." This distribution option, whether through personal sales or vending machines in large arenas, allows members who sell Verve a business advantage that few companies in the industry can offer.

Now, the development of the Verve product and its corresponding mission of wellness, BK is confident that the future for Vemma is limitless. "It's not what we've done or where we've been, but where we really want to go that matters," he says. "Verve is the most exciting product that I have ever held in my hand; it's massively consumable and the clinically studied formula is going to take our mission of promoting health to places we've never gone before."

New Law Designed By The World Trade Organization

Hi Frank,

As always, thank you so much for your informative and motivating emails. Can't wait to get together in Mexico.

Below is an email I just send out to my friends who just started with a taste of Vemma or who will very soon (cause their curiosity is triggered). Feel free to use any part of it for your people.

Paula.
_______________________________________

Dearest Friends,

I hope you are all enjoying your daily dose of Vemma. I can’t wait to hear your experience with this amazing product upon my return from Holland.

However, yesterday I received a very alarming email about a new law designed by the World Trade (no, not Health!!!) Organization to become active on January 1, 2010, called the “Codex Alimentarius”.

In short this law dictates that:

Every animal (from the organic arena as well) MUST be treated with Antibiotics and exotic growth hormones.

All food MUST be radiated.

Food supplements like vitamins and minerals will become ILLEGAL.

All alternative medicine will be regarded as regular medicine and can ONLY be obtained through a doctor’s recipe.

There are 2 doctors who strongly have been fighting this dangerous movement.

The first one is Dr. Robert Verkerk, originally from Holland but he doesn’t speak my language anymore.

Read this short article on his most recent accomplishment;

Dr Robert Verkerk awarded for protecting natural healthcare across Europe

http://www.pr-inside.com/dr-robert-verkerk-awarded-for-protecting-r562091.htm

Also in this great and fascinating documentary (with a link below), narrated by Dame Judi Dench, Dr Robert Verkerk is featured. Even Mel Gibson has a great short role in this The name of the documentary is:

We become silent – The last days of health freedom

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=451097355502728465&q=&hl=en

The second person who has done groundbreaking work for our freedom and right to natural health is Dr. Rima Laibow. Below is a link to her website with detailed information on the “Codex Alimentarius” and how we can take action as citizens.

Dr. Rima Laibow – Codex Alimentarius

Here is a link to a very interesting presentation of Dr. Rima Laibow called:

Nutricide – Criminalizing Natural Health, Vitamins and Herbs

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5266884912495233634

A very interesting detail in this story is that Dr Robert Verkerk is always one of the star guest speakers at large VEMMA events both in the United States and Europe. He wholeheartedly supports the mangosteen product Vemma and that alone shows what a powerful food supplement Vemma really is.

Please, do send this email (or parts of it) to every health conscious person you know, because the voice of the people is a strong one and together we CAN and WILL make a difference!

Sign the petition on:
www.healthfreedomusa.org

Thank you for your time to read this.

Can’t wait to see you all again in magical Playa.

Love and Light.

Keep in mind that the training is there to help train people but that does not mean that your business will grow just because you’re trained.

It takes action to grow a business. Sharing the drink and the magazine will grow your business faster than any training will. The training is there so we can learn from those who have already grown their Vemma business profitably. As we’ve learned earlier, why re-invent the wheel?

Learn from their successes and failures.
Knowing which training audio to give to someone in your business at the right time can help you build momentum. Audio training Cds found on your MyVemma website under vemma university are just bullets to use to keep the momentum going. Don’t think you have to explain everything, just direct people to the right training when they’re ready for it.

Once again, resist the temptation to think you have to know everything and do everything yourself. You don’t!

The times that you have shared a book, magazine or drink with people, did you explain every detail of it to them? NO. You just gave it to them and asked what they thought about it, right?
Do only that, consistently and your business will grow.

Actual Building Of The Business Marketing The Products and Opportunity

This portion of the training deals with the actual building of the business
and many people have lots of ideas of how to go about building theirs.

Ideas are good but when first starting out it a good idea to follow a proven plan.

By Proven I mean that it has worked successfully over and over again and its easy for others to duplicate.

Why re-invent the wheel?

Now, let me ask two you a questions.

Have you ever shared a drink with someone?
and, Have you ever given someone a book or magazine to read?

Obviously most people can answer yes to those two questions. My point is, if you can do that, then you are qualified to build this business because in reality, that’s all the top money earner in Vemma do. Share a magazine and a drink with people over and over again.
Its very simple and it works!

Market Products and Opportunity

There are 2 main ways of building a Network Marketing business:

1) Sell Products to Customers Offline and Online. Make a list of all the people you know, who have a health challenge, and contact them about the products.

2) Sell Products to Customers and Market the Opportunity to Entrepreneurs. Show your Business Partners how you sell the products to customers.

To find business partners offline, make a list of people you know who you would like to work with, in the business.

The following Calls are from Vemma University. Listen to these about speaking to potential Business entrepreneurs:

To make money in Network Marketing, there are two very important things:
Have plenty of people that are interested in earning income from home to show your site to, and
Follow up with these people to see if they are the right people for YOU ( you get to pick who you want to work with) and if this is right for them.

Build a relationship with those people.
This Step will talk about number
1) and the next few steps will give directions for the Follow up. Whether you're doing this offline or online, show them the Vemma Scene Video, and follow up after they've seen it.

After seeing it, ask if they want more info.

If yes, then show them the Products and Compensation plan ( on your MyVemma site).

2) Send people to your website.
There are a number of ways to do this.
Offline This is REALLY easy when using the Vemma Scene DVD (the same movie that's on top of your MyVemma website) and/or the Your Business At Home Magazine. If you live in the United States, Canada or Australia, you can purchase the Magazine and lend to your prospects. This works VERY well.

So, make a list of at least a hundred people that you could talk to about the business. Even people that you haven't seen for 5 years or more, you can contact them also.

Don’t worry! You don’t have to explain everything about Vemma to them. The tools will do that for you. The Success At Home Magazines and the Vemma/Verve DVD’s will get people excited and add credibility and can buy found at VemmaTools.

Purchase some Your Success At Home Magazines, and lend out 1 to each of your friends and family. Here's what Peter Francis (our $50,000 a month upline leader) did with the DVDs before the Magazines were released. Now, he's doing this with the Magazines.

Put the magazines in Dr's surgeries, chiropractors, dentist, anywhere there is a waiting room. Staple your business card on the front and back of magazine, plus a sticker with your Name, Phone Number, email address and Website address. Also stick a business card and/or sticker on the DVD, to make sure people can contact you. We've had people call us in Australia, after finding one of these magazines in America. United States and Canadian people can purchase the Magazine at Discounted prices and obtain Free Shipping from here: Purchase Magazines
Australians can purchase the Magazines from here: Australians Purchase Magazine
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Simple Marketing Technique of Top Income Earner - Peter Francis
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Peter Francis has a really easy way to work with people offline, and 6 out of 10 people he speaks to are becoming members in Vemma. This is what he does.

Peter gets into a conversation with people by asking them what they do. They always return the question asking him what he does. He tells them he "helps people earn an extra 4-5 checks monthly with his company Vemma". People nearly always say to him. "What is Vemma?" and Peter says "do you have a DVD player?" They nearly always says "yes", so he says "good, because I have a DVD you can borrow for a few days, to find out what Vemma is".Then, he hands them the DVD or Magazine and tells them he'll call within 48 hours and will ask 2 questions:

1) Are you interested in knowing more about the movie?

2) Depending on the answer to question 1, I will ask when I can come and get my DVD.

When Peter calls within 48 hours, if the person is not interested, he'll get his DVD and ask if they know of anyone else who might be interested. If they are interested, he visits their home (or calls them on the phone) and answers any questions, then gets them to log into their own computer and sign up. Then, he sets up their MyVemma website for them. Peter signs up 6 out of 10 people who he shows the DVD to.Remember, Peter is now a Star Ambassador ( top position in the company) and is the 3rd from the top Leader in Vemma right now (January 2007). These are very simple methods he uses, which make this business sooo easy to build.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A) Give a copy of the DVD to your friends and family, and other people you meet. Do not "sell" them on the opportunity, just give them the DVD like Peter does. Some will join you, if they catch onto your excitement and if they are ready.

B) LEADS This call is VERY good for learning what to say to Leads on the phone:
Go to Vemma University ( in your Vemma Back office ) then scroll down to
Working Leads — How to Help Your Prospects Sell Themselves
Cathy Wendte

The fastest way to build a network marketing business, is to use a good source of leads and to email and phone those leads. Leads are people who've asked for information about a home based business, and they're waiting to hear from someone. It's VERY important to phone these people, just emailing doesn't work because of all the filters on email these days .We recommend calling these people and when speaking to them personally, get them to look at the Vemma Scene Video on your MyVemma website. Leave them to look at it, and say that you'll call back in 15 minutes.

After looking at the video, if they're interested in knowing more, simply show them where to look at the Products ( Order and Info ), the Company and the Pay Plan which are all located on the first page of your MyVemma website. Then, ask them if they are still interested. If they want to wait, tell them about how you're talking to a lot of people, and if they wait too long, others will go ahead of them, instead of below.

If you only get a voice mail, then follow up with personal email messages from an auto responder. Do not rely on the email messages though, follow up on the phone also. Keep trying until you can speak with the person.

C) Pay Per Click Advertising:
Use Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising to send traffic to your website. PPCs are a terrific way to generate your own leads, at a very low cost (if you learn how to do it and take some time to set it up). If you want assistance with these ask someone who is already having success with them. It's quite a challenge to learn them on your own.

D) Participate at Online Forums and Yahoo Groups
Go to Forums and join Yahoo groups where you meet people with similar interests.e.g. golf, cooking, scuba diving, football, music. There are LOTS of forums here.
Here they are... http://homebasedbusinessforums.com/
Use a signature file (see in a later step) so people can get to know you.

E) Start a Blog on your favorite topic to attract people with similar interests. Use a newsletter to go with the blog. Here is an Online Course for Setting up a Blog: http://vemmahealthandwealth.blogspot.com/

The last two ( D and E ) will take a long time to establish, and are quite a slow way of meeting people for your business. That's because many of the people you meet will not be looking for a business.

There are lots of other ways to build the business too, and it's important for you to do whatever is fun for you. Find a balance between doing what builds the business the fastest and doing what you like doing. It's not much fun doing stuff you really dislike even if everyone tells you it's going to make you money.

When Verve comes to Mexico, we will be promoting at the rave and beach parties in Cancun and Playa Del Carmen to create a buzz about the product. This will in turn create an awareness and demand for Verve and then we’ll approach the stores, bars and gyms in the area. Get with your enroller to find out more. The Training in your Vemma back office has more ideas, and we will discuss more later. Speak with your Enroller or Upline and brainstorm about which methods suit you best, according to your time and money.

Stay tuned for more training soon and go out and share some product and magazines today.
Sincerely,
Frank Tocco

Set your Goals and Make a Commitment

Step 2: Set your Goals and Make a Commitment

Listen to this call about Goal Setting on Vemma University:
Goal Setting and Time Management
Cheryl Ables

Get together with your Enroller (or someone upline to you) and set some Real and Measurable Goals.

Think about what you want from your business 6 months from now. If you had all the money in the world, what would you do?For example, would you like to travel, buy a new home, new car?

Put a dollar amount on those goals. How much would it cost to have your goals?
Description Cost Goal 1 Goal 2 Goal 3 Goal 4 Goal 5 Goal 6So, make a commitment to yourself and your enroller for 12 months, so you can achieve those goals.

Write down how much Income you want in 6 months12 months24 months.
Residual Income is like the income a Rock Star makes.
Someone like Elvis Presley made all that money and now his Estate is still getting money.
It goes on and on. It's the same with Network Marketing - once we start making money, it keeps going.

People keep taking the products and so when you take a vacation or a break, the checks still keep coming. Once you start making $300 or $400 a month, it comes in all the time.

To get that kind of money, you would require $100,000 in the bank. So, residual income is different to income from a JOB. With a JOB you're always swapping time for money, it never changes.

To make a lot of money, most people need a college education. However, you don't require that with Network Marketing, but the commitment is essential.

If you're prepared to make a 12 month commitment, then we're committed to assisting you in achieving your goals. Speak with your Enroller if you haven't already. If your enroller is not available, go upline until you find someone who will work closely with you.

After setting your Goals, Make a Business Plan with your Enroller. Work out the Actions you will require to achieve those Goals. Work around the Conference calls so that you can attend those too. Use the following table to plan your available business times for the week..
Day of week
Times available
Total hours
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday
Total Hours for Week

Speak with your Enroller to see if your income goals and times are realistic. Watch the Compensation Plan Video to see how your Income grows large as your Business grows. Go to your MyVemma Website and click on Getting Paid ( from top of menu ).

Click where it says "BK EXPLAINS HOW YOU GET PAID" .
Watch BK explain each component of the Compensation Plan.

Don't worry about taking notes because you can watch it as many times as you want.
Just print out the plan for your reference.
Stay tuned in for the next training.

“Is that one of those pyramid schemes?”

You know the reaction you get from some people when you tell them you’re involved in Network Marketing? They cringe and ask, “Is that one of those pyramid schemes?” They act as if you’re Dr. Evil in an Austin Powers movie and quickly excuse themselves from the room. The funny thing is, every business is a network and if it’s a successful business, it’s involved in marketing.

In fact, networks and marketing permeates every aspect of our lives. For example, this computer that you’re using right now is only possible because of a network that some company has built. So is the electricity running through it and the rest of your home. The car you drive was built by a company that brought together networks to produce it. The steel, rubber, interior and even the gas in the tank is only available because of these networks.

It doesn’t stop there. The food we eat and the water in our homes are also a part of a network. The roads we drive on and the gas stations and grocery stores we shop in and the televisions and movies we watch and rent, the cable and satellite subscriptions we subscribe to are also vast networks that were built.

Everything that we own and did not make ourselves are all part of a network and the fact that we are aware that these things even exist is all because of marketing.

Wal-Mart, Costco, Home Depot, McDonalds, TGI Fridays, Sears, BlockBuster Video, Denny’s, Sam’s Club, Nike, Levi’s, Budweiser, Yahoo, Google, Coke, Pepsi, Starbucks, The New York Stock Exchange, all Newspapers and Magazines, Expedia, Century 21, Bank of America, Radio Stations, CNN, ABC, CBS and we could go on forever. They’re all networks that were built to provide people with the number one commodity in the world; Convenience.

So why, when we mention that we’re involved in Network Marketing, do people cringe?
The simple answer is, they don’t understand that everything is a network. Life has become so convenient that we have forgotten that someone actually built a network to make our life easier. The truth is that we work forty hours or more a week so we can support someone else’s network all in the name of convenience.

The job that most people work in is part of a network. Truckers, builders, retail clerks, bank tellers, insurance salesman, police, firemen, politicians, writers, manufacturers, real estate agents, etc. etc., all work for networks. Once they get a paycheck, most of their expenses are spent supporting others networks.

All of the biggest and most successful businesses have built, own or control their own networks and what stops most people from building their own networks is laziness, fear and moving out of their convenient comfort zones.

The one thing all successful networks have in common is someone built it to begin with. Some of the largest, global companies all started on a kitchen table with just an idea and some motivated people. People with a vision. People willing to build a business because they had a strong vision and reason why.

So, when people look at you like you’re crazy for even thinking about building your own network marketing business, they’re right! And I promise you that every one of the CEO’s that started the companies mentioned above were called crazy too.

Donald Trump was told that his first big project would never work and he would never get the financing for it. Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, couldn’t get a single publisher to publish his book and is a best-selling author who flunked high school English. Sam Walton who started Wal-Mart, was a high school drop out and everyone told him he was crazy to think people would shop in a warehouse! Bill Gates was told that nobody would ever want a personal computer and businesses were the only market! In fact, every crazy idea has been mostly responsible for the advancement of society and life as we know it.

There is not a day in most peoples’ lives that they can get through the day without being part of a network in some way. The minute they wake up and brush their teeth they supported a network (Colgate). When they turned on a light bulb they supported the electric company. When they get dressed they supported the fabric industries. When they eat breakfast they supported agriculture and grocery networks. When they drive their car they supported car manufacturing and petroleum networks. When they listen to the radio they support radio networks and when they get to work, nine times out of ten, they are working for a network.

So many people supporting so many networks is good for businesses and the economy.

For all those people who say, “ Is that some kind of pyramid scheme?”, when you tell them you’re in network marketing, I offer this suggestion. Explain to them what you learned in this article and it will open their eyes in a new way. Some will understand that unless they build a network of their own, they will always be working and supporting someone else’s. Some will never get it, and they make good customers. Either way, you can’t lose.

Traveling this journey with you…

What is effective positioning? By Frank Tocco

What is effective positioning? By Frank Tocco

Before we chat about that we need to understand our single, most important
role as a home based business owner...

What's the single most important function of your business?
Many would call it sales, we call it marketing (this all comes back to the whole
push VS pull scenario we discussed in a prior email). Marketing, without doubt,
is the MOST important thing you can and should be doing for your business.

That's what feeds you. It's what keeps the lights on and pays the rent. You can
have a great product, fantastic customer service, an upline that picks up their
phone and responds to your needs, etc, BUT without effective marketing in place
everything else is UNNECESSARY.

Yes, it's unnecessary. If you're not moving your products why would one need
all that other stuff?

One of the strangest phenomenon’s that we witness is some of the very first actions
that home based business owners take when they "get into business"...
You know the list...you've seen it (and maybe you've even done some of these
yourself over the years)...

1. They buy hundreds or even thousands of business cards.

2. They purchase a ton of product inventory.

3. Don't forget the motivational tools, product handouts, audios, marketing cd's
and all the other "must have" items to grow a business.

There's a ton of other items too, but this is a good starting point.

What's the ONE thing that should be top of mind and FIRST priority for a new
(or even seasoned) home based business owner?

How about HOW to use marketing pieces and how to deliver messages that will
bring prospects to you like a commercial grade, 5 ton magnet
?

Yes, the most important TOOL a home based business owner can ever learn to
use is HOW TO BE A BETTER MARKETER...

I know, I know...

When people think about being a business owner most don't think about becoming
a marketer - THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE.

And, it's not a bad thing. Be proud of it.

As a marketer, you learn the art and science of having prospects approach you
and not the other way around - this is the key to growing a massive organization.
Marketers move products and sale lots of them. If you don't, you don't get
paid. Your family doesn't eat. And all of those dreams you had about the
fancy house, and the sports car remain...well, just a dream.

One (of many that we'll discuss in future writings) important piece of mastering that
piece of the puzzle is to understand, implement and master the skill of...

POSITIONING.

Positioning yourself in all facets of your marketing. Whether you're dropping post
cards, handing out business cards, setting up data capture pages (squeeze pages),
etc. - this is one concept that becoming REALLY proficient at is NOT optional.

This is how large organizations are built. This is how huge companies get big and
stay big. This is how leaders get up on stage every week and watch their downline
grow by an enormous amount of reps - in less than an hour or two.
This is how YOU are going to grow a massive downline too.

With every aspect of your marketing there are 3 very important, yet basic
rules to live by:

1. Always lead with the product (there's always a better paying opportunity out
there - I PROMISE you. By doing this your retention rates will be higher too.
We'll chat about this in future notes.

2. Always position yourself. Make them (your prospects) see and feel your
passion and let them understand why YOU are the expert and why they should
go to you to purchase your products.

3. Your marketing pieces should be track able - you should be able to see how well
(or not so well) your marketing is performing. You want to ultimately know what's
giving you the greatest return on the marketing dollars that you're using (so you can do more of it) and what aspects of your marketing are costing you money (so you can do less of it or even eliminate those performing poorly).

Bottom line...

To grow a business and do so in a big way, it has nothing to do with chasing others,
driving all over town and MICROMANAGING your business.

It has EVERYTHING to do with putting the numbers of success in your favor.
The only way you can do that is by having large numbers of people that
are approaching you daily and weekly and asking you for more information.

That, my friend, is effective positioning.

Regardless of what you're marketing, how great your products, how long
your company has been around and whether they're private or public,
having others approaching you is how you build a large organization.

Case in point...

This same email is going out to more than 30,000 home based business
owners just like you from dozens of different countries and I PROMISE you
that I didn't chase one single person to be on this list.

Just a thought, but have you started building your list yet? This is a whole
different topic for another day, but it's definitely something to be adding
to your list of tasks of things to get done.

The next time you're creating a capture page, making a business card,
working on a postcard, or any other type of marketing material - think about how you're going to position yourself...

To your marketing success,

Frank Tocco
